Return Policy

Defender Bikes builds bicycles to order and, in many cases, configures each bike to the individual customer’s specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, completed bicycles are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

We want every Defender owner to receive a bike that performs as intended. If your bicycle arrives damaged, contains an incorrect component, or you believe there is a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact Defender Bikes promptly so we can evaluate the issue.

Eligible defects, manufacturing issues, and workmanship concerns are handled under the Defender Bikes Warranty Policy rather than through the return process.

Please do not ship a bicycle, frame, component, or other product back to Defender Bikes without first receiving authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

For questions regarding an order or potential warranty issue, please contact Defender Bikes through the contact information provided on our website.
